Refund Policy

At LushNodes, a brand of Netpool Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services. To ensure transparency, we have outlined our refund policy below.

Refund Policy Overview
Domains: Non-refundable.
Dedicated and VDS Services: Non-refundable.
VPS Services: Refundable within 3 days of purchase.
Shared Hosting Services: Refundable within 7 days of purchase, subject to conditions.
GST Charges: Non-refundable.
Shared Hosting Refund Criteria
Within 2 Days: Eligible for a full refund with immediate service termination.
Within 7 Days (After 2 Days): Eligible for a 75% refund with immediate service termination.
After 7 Days: Refunds are not available; services will continue for the remainder of the billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided if XiteNodes fails to meet the commitments made at the time of purchase. All other refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.

Note: Transactions under Rs150 are eligible for Xite Wallet credits only and not cash refunds.

Refund Methods and Associated Charges
Lush Wallet: The refunded amount will be credited to your Xite Wallet, which can be used for future purchases (excluding domains).
Original Payment Method: Refunds processed within 2 days of payment are subject to a transaction fee of 2% or Rs25, whichever is higher.
NEFT Bank Transfer: For refunds requested after 2 days, a transaction fee of 3% or Rs30, whichever is higher, will be applied.
